Joy started BHAG Club in Delhi with Krishbir, straight out of college, as a free run club built for the people the running scene wasn't talking to. Most people running marathons, as he puts it, were between 35 and 40. He wanted his own generation on the start line.
So he gave them a reason to turn up: run first, then stay - coffee, music, the people you just ran with. The serious running came with it. The club put runners into the Delhi Marathon, and he and Krishbir have since won their category at HYROX Mumbai.

Krishbir co-founded BHAG Club with Joy, with one rule: nobody gets judged for their pace. Within months, 500 people were showing up every weekend. One Sunday warm-up at Nehru Park drew more than 1,100.
He races what he preaches. At HYROX Mumbai 2025 he and Joy took first in Pro Doubles, Men 18-24, in 1:19:30 - after he'd spent ten days of that month sick.

Why BHAG
BHAG started because the running kit we wanted didn’t exist here at a price we’d defend. So we made it.
